9U-13U is "B" A/AA level tournment (part-time teams welcome, No Elite or AAA teams allowed) We have the right to turn away any team prior to the schedule for the tournament being released if we feel the team is above the B/ A/AA level. This is to make the tournament even, fair and competitive.
14U is NOT B-Level and is OPEN to ALL including AAA teams!!!
* *Winfield has been running tournaments for 25 years. These are all organization ran tournament with volunteer help from the families which the money raised goes back to the organization and the kids and not a company ran tournament which only helps their company profit.

REFUND POLICY
- Every reasonable effort will be made to keep the tournament going. However, in the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Director reserves the right to do one of the following:
- Move games to other days, times, or locations
- Reduce the length or number of games
- Cancel games
- If no games are played, we will refund all money EXCEPT a $100 tournament admin fee. No refund will be issued once your team has played a game.
- If your team drops out with in 1 month to the tournament start date, no refund will be given, unless agreed upon with the tournament director
